Project: Little Dancer by Edgar Degas

Description: The Degas Collection at Purdue University includes a bronze of “Little Dancer, Aged Fourteen” cast in 1997 by Valsuani Foundry from the 1903 plaster cast that is in the collection of the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. BPS was hired to uncrate and place the piece so that it could be recorded on video, adjusting the placement as necessary. After the video documentation was made, BPS crated the piece and transported it back to storage.
