Description: Tatiana Bilbao ESTUDIO’s Designed by the Public is an installation located at the iconic Bartholomew Public Library plaza on Washington Street in Columbus, Indiana. It is part of Exhibit Columbus, a program of the Landmark Columbus Foundation, featuring site-responsive installations created by architects, artists, and designers.
